Caesar's Way?

For those of you who don't spend your lives watching Animal Planet (shame on you!), Caesar Milan is a self-titled "Dog Whisperer" who "rehabilitates dogs and trains people".  His methods are all about people relating to their dogs with calm assertive behavior to create calm submissive dogs.  His show is fascinating, and it seems like he makes amazing progress with very unruly and/or agressive dogs. I wonder if anyone out there has experience using any of Caesar's methods or thoughts on his non-traditional style?
